How To Make 2017 Your Breakthrough Year (Free Download)

Did you reach any new milestones in your business in 2016?

Did you at least take a few steps toward a financial goal?

With 2017 upon us, I want to help as many people as possible, reach new milestones this year. So to start the year off right, I’m giving away my new 2017 Resolution and Planner package for free.

Keep reading for your download link (no opt-in required.)

Before you download the package though, I have a quick question….

Have you thought about what your business goals are going to be for the upcoming year? If not, right now is the time to do so.

A great way to set business goals is to take a few minutes and simply envision where you want to be in a year. Think about things like financial goals or the number of clients you want to be serving on a regular basis. Then work out a way to achieve this.

GoalsYou may need to create new products or services to generate those additional clients. For example, you could offer something new in your business such as a coaching module. Maybe you could add local marketing services to reach new clients.

Plan out the exact steps you will need to take each month to increase your bottom line and then take action on those steps.

Not taking action is one of the biggest reasons why many business goals fail. While it is very easy to set lofty goals, attaining them is a different ball game altogether. This is where freeing up some of your time comes into play.

If you find that you are a slave to your business you might want to seriously consider outsourcing some aspects.

What are the things you enjoy doing in your business and what are those things that you don’t enjoy? Are you not enjoying them because the tasks are challenging or because they are tedious?

Both of these are great reasons to outsource work. Why bother taking hours and hours to work on something that is difficult or boring to you? Could you use this time to be more productive?

Let’s look at an example. Maybe you aren’t great with graphics and you consistently require ebook covers or banners made. Why not outsource this job to someone at fiverr and use the time to be more productive.

Go through all the things you do in your business each day and see if there are some items that could be automated. Do you post to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest regularly? This can be time consuming, why not look into ways that this could be automated. You can then work on this task once a month or once a week and schedule all of your posts. Or you could simple hire a social media manager at fiverr to elsewhere.

By implementing small changes such as these you can free up a lot of time. Then you can use this free time wisely to increase your profits.

Make time to do a little brainstorming for your business. Annual, and even monthly planning and goal setting is important for any business owner, especially online where there are countless distractions.

So with the new year at hand, I have a nice New Years Resolution package I’d like to share with you. I’ve sold hundreds of copies and my customers loved it. This year I decided to update it and give it away for free.

  1. Thank you for the sharing of the e book! It is really handy in reminding us of the purposes we create for ourselves everyday.

Love your outsourcing tips too but I am only began my internet business journey. Will definitely remember your sharing in this article.

May you be blessed with good fortune ahead!

    • Thanks so much Leody! Best of success with your internet business journey. Consider the the ebook as a road map in your journey. It will help keep you going in the right direction.

  2. Your emphasis on planning your actions and goals and then taking action is very valuable. It is also important to concentrate on the essentials and not to be distracted which is very easy when working on the Internet. One of the advantages of the wealthy affiliate program is that it requires you to tick off all the tasks before going on to the following lesson.

    • Edmund, thank you for your comment. I appreciate you taking time to read and comment. That is a great idea in Wealthy Affiliate to require checking off the tasks before moving on to the next step. There are no short cuts to success.

  3. I like your positivity Glen,
I too would want to make this year my breakthrough year, I actually downloaded Jim Daniel’s 2017 planner too! If you wanna make a mar by this year, the time to start is now since its still January.

What I need to do today in order to not fall behind tomorrow, that is powerful stuff and it kinda killed my procrastination too! Thanks for this Glen, best wishes to your New Year!

    • Thanks so much, Riaz, for taking time to read this. I hope you had a chance to visit Jim’s website at BizWeb eGazette. I have been a subscriber to his newsletter for years and find it very useful.

  4. I think it is great you have a site for the veterans of this country. I have a huge respect for all veterans. I myself donate regularly to The Wounded Warrior Project. So you gained my respect right off the bat. Are you a veteran yourself? And if so what branch did you serve in?

  5. There are some very good information in the page. The best thing is that there is a free downloadable ebook and I did not have to opt-in. The only thing that is kind of off is the placement of the images (Entrepreneur and Opportunity Magazines) which left a wide space on the right. Also I just want to mention that I am reading a complete reprint of Jim Daniels’ article (with permission) from his own website.

Anyway, the object is to provide help to veterans, then he has succeeded in giving out helpful information that can make 2017 a breakthrough year for them.

    • Thank you, Norma, for reading and commenting. I appreciate you taking the time. Yes, it is a reprint from Jim Daniels. I have known him a long time and he has given me permission to post it. We occasionally swap golf stories as we are avid golfers. I hope you have a chance to visit his website, BizWeb eGazette. Jim provides a lot of great info about online businesses.

  6. Hi Jim

This was probably the best post/page I’ve ever read today and do you know why? It’s because it did not sound like a sales pitch.

It was more motivating than most posts I read today where people are so caught up with keywords and the concept of making money online, that they forget to offer value to their prospects.

Haha I must admit I’m also guilty as charged on that point!

I envy your ability to produce such high quality content, without even trying, great post.

    -Khanya

    • Thanks so much for your kind words, Khanya. That’s why I have followed Jim Daniels all these years. His articles are plain spoken but powerful. I hope you took the opportunity to download Resolution 2017 and the planning system. I also included a link to his BizWeb eGazette, which I have read for 10+ years (probably at least 15, but I don’t remember that far back!).

      Glen
