Now LeadsLeap 2.0 is a lead generationadvertising and revenue sharing system. This system is for internet and affiliate marketers and bloggers.

The LeadsLeap system is a useful tool for online marketers to generate leads they can use for marketing their products and services.

The LeadsLeap Lead Generation System is similar to multi-level marketing systems. Generate leads by signing up new members for free advertising. New members are signed up ten levels deep. LeadsLeap has a spam-free downline communication system. Downline members are paid to read your messages through the proprietary unobtrusive message system.

LeadsLeap 2.0 has added a unique ad viewing feature not found in other advertising sites. They have eliminated the ad viewing timer that you see on all the other advertising websites. The number of credits you earn is dependent upon the amount of time visiting a webpage. You no longer have to watch a simple splash page ad for 10 or 20 seconds.

The image below shows the LeadsLeap pop-up ad window in the lower right corner. If you elect to stay on the current page, you accrue additional ad credits.

LeadsLeap Ad Widget
LeadsLeap Ad Widget

The LeadsLeap marketing strategy is based on virtual contextual advertising. Through the use of an ad widget shown to the right, ads are displayed on the LeadsLeap website. Members can also display the ad widget on their websites to earn additional ad credits. The LeadsLeap ad widget is currently displayed on 4,000+ websites.

Ads are also shown in the daily updates and weekly newsletters.

Revenue sharing

There are three ways members earn money with LeadsLeap.

  1. View 10 ads a day to earn a share of the daily revenue. Free members share 5% and Pro members share 10% of the daily revenue.
  2. Send traffic to the ads in the LeadsLeap network. Free members share 15% and Pro members share 30% of the weekly revenue.
  3. Earn commissions on downline member upgrades. Free members earn 25% and Pro members earn 50%.

LeadsLeap Social Review

LeadsLeap just added a new system to the site called “LeadsLeap Social Review.” This system is a collection of business opportunity reviews from the members. It enables members to share programs about progrems that works or did not work for them. It is an organized system. Each product/program has a dedicated review page. So members have a place to go to review what others members have said about a particular program.

Every member who submits a product or program review will be able to include their affiliate link. The affiliate links will be rotated in the system 24/7. So it is another way to create website traffic for members.

LeadsLeap marketing tools

LeadsLeap provides members with useful marketing tools.

  • The Real Tracker (TRT) – TRT is LeadsLeap proprietary link and rotator tracker. It tracks total, unique and real clicks, responses and conversions. The tracker distinguishes between genuine and clicks that are not real based on the assumption that robots and scripts open links in the background or stay active less than five seconds.
  • PopupXpert All-in-One Popup Generator –  PopupXpert can be to create all kinds of animated widgets, including exit popups, slideup bar, corner slider, animated end-of-post opt-in form, animated sidebar widget and many more. It also comes with tracking capability, so that you can track the response of your campaign.
  • Cookie Generator –  The cookie generator is a javascript cookie generator that allows you to create web cookie on your visitors’ browsers. It is used with the PopupXpert generator.
  • OTO List Builder Script – The List Builder Script is a powerful list management tool with autoresponder, mass mailer program, One-time Only and affiliate program offers and banner/ad manager functions.

LeadsLeap free and upgraded membership comparison

The following chart shows the differences between free and upgraded memberships. One of the big differences is free members need credits to display their ads. However, this is common within the Make Money Online niche. LeadsLeap does not use the hard sell approach to get members to upgrade. If members like what they see, then they upgrade.

The Good

There is a lot to like about LeadsLeap. This is reflected in the number of long time members. And I have been a member since 2010.

  • Content rich blog, articles and newsletters – As you can see from the list above, there are many quality articles about internet businesses and marketing. For free members, LeadsLeap is a great way to learn about online business methods while earning. Plus the articles can be used to promote LeadsLeap by adding referral information to the article links.
  • PopupXpert – PopupXpert is one of the best popup generators around because it gives you so much flexibility.  It gives you the ability to create all kinds of widgets, including exit popups, slideup bar, corner slider, animated end-of-post opt-in form, animated sidebar widget and many more. It also comes with tracking capability, so that you can track the response of your campaign. The corner slider is popular because the popup window shows up in a corner of your browser window and not interfere with the view of page content.
  • Suitable for everyone – LeadsLeap is suitable for everyone, from beginner to expert. Members can use any or all of the tools in their business.
  • Email-free – Members do not receive email from other members including their upline.
  • PayPal payment processor – PayPal is the only payment processor. I consider this a major plus because PayPal has very strict guidelines related to multi-level and network marketing companies. If PayPal suspects the company is a multi-level scheme, they will not approve the company to use the PayPal processor.

The Not-So-Good

There are a couple of drawbacks to LeadsLeap. This has to do more with how members use and promote LeadsLeap and the resulting perception and reputation of LeadsLeap. Being in the Internet Marketing or Make Money Opportunities niches, people join looking for the next easy money maker.  Like any tool, it needs to be used to be effective.

Revenue sharing does not generate much income. People do not get rich by joining revenue sharing programs. If there are high payouts, it indicates the company business model is not sustainable. Consider daily revenue sharing as a bonus. But focus on lead generation and ad promotion.

My recommendation is LeadsLeap is worth a look for everyone. And read the blog articles.

  1. Great review on Leadsleap. I been a member on this site for a long time and their features are amazing! Cool review!

    1. Thanks, Bruno. I’ve been a member 7 years now. The upgraded site is much better than the old version.

  2. The first question that pops into my head, is will this work for someone with a travel blog. You have the list of their large inventory of articles and I am assuming that this is the bulk of the types of blogs that use LeadsLeap? I didn’t see travel listed, so I am assuming that this might not work for me. Am I incorrect in that assumption?

    1. Hello and thank you for commenting. Over the years, I have seen a variety of niches represented including travel/vacation poperties. However, I don’t know their success rates at LeadsLeap as compared to internet marketing and other niches.

  3. Everything sounded pretty cool with this platform until you mentioned the revenue sharing system introduced – read flags going off everywhere. I never get involved with any offer that uses a revenue sharing system as 99% of them have failed in the past (and will fail in the future taking your investments!). Not for me I’m afraid but it did sound interesting

    1. Great question, Chris. I believe the use of the term “revenue sharing” may be incorrect. From what I can tell, the way LeadsLead is monetized, I think it is a profit sharing arrangement. Members are not required to purchase advertising (for example, ad packs) to share in the revenues. Nor is there a guaranteed return on investment. Since they are sharing a percentage of weekly revenues, they are not committing to paying more than what they take in. I sent a message to the owner to confirm.

  4. Hi,

Seems like a decent way to earn some extra money. At first I was thinking that you were just promoting this as a way to get leads but really it’s also a method for internet marketers to make some money.

Do you have a lot of success recruiting people into this system? Does it actually work well on its own as a lead generator and are the leads it generates decent?

I’ve tried a few other lead generating tools and I’ve actually wasted a lot of money on them. Now I just focus on organic traffic for my leads.

    1. Hi Robert, thanks for taking the time to stop by and comment. I have been a LeadsLeap member for almost 7 years. I have not really promoted it much as I should. But, even then, I have a downline of 231 members which generates traffic to the websites I promote. Plus, LeadsLeap has been a consistent revenue generator that pays for itself. The new social review function is also generating traffic. To sum it up, LeadsLeap has generated leads for me, and, more importantly, sales.

  5. Great article and even though the system has been around for a while it is one that I’m not familiar with. I like the concept and having a free membership that still allows you to earn some income is a bonus, but it also shows me the company is showing it’s true colors for all to see. No smoke and mirrors.

This system does sound like it’s worth checking out and what is the upgraded membership cost for this system?

    1. Hi Travis, thanks for commenting. LeadsLeap has been transparent over the years. I occasionally chat with the owner/developer. I believe the upgraded membership is still $19.95.

  6. Hello there, my name is Florence…I really like your website!! I think the theme is fantastic and your Review on Leads leap 2.0 was very in depth and interesting.

      Best of success to you.

  7. Great website GlenPalo, So much valuable information on your site. I learned a lot visiting your site anyone could benefit from visiting your site. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on affiliate marketing and like that you included reviews on other products out there. 8. Hi Glen,
You have a lot of information on your site. Lots to read. Of course I like the E-Book. Me personally would put the e-book sign up a little more to the top. You have some empty spaces just below: Amazing version of Star Spangled Banner by Madison Rising, America’s most patriotic rock band. Or even switch it with Join Our Newsletter. Of course I like the idea of try before you buy, and the fact that LeadsLeap offers a free Membership

    1. Thank you, Kathrin! I debated with myself about where to put the eBook. I finally decided to put it at the bottom as a reward for visitors reading the article to the bottom. The newsletter signup has a separate bonus.

  9. Honestly, thank you for sharing this. I had recently heard about leads leap but wasn’t really sure what it was for. It sounds like a great give-take model. I will be looking at this today. At what point do you think someone is ready really get into leads leap? I am still in the beginning stages of building my site, but it’s one of those things that you can do forever and never get to the marketing and operations.

    1. Thanks for commenting. I appreciate you taking the time. Because of the training available, I recommend beginners join when ready. There are lots of articles that reinforce the training WA provides. Plus new articles are added frequently.
